By booking transportation with The Safe Ride, you agree to the following terms and conditions.Reservations are subject to availability and confirmation.Customers are responsible for providing accurate pickup and destination information.Drivers will make every reasonable effort to arrive on time; however, delays caused by weather, traffic, road closures, or circumstances beyond our control may occur.The Safe Ride reserves the right to refuse service to anyone engaging in unsafe, illegal, or abusive behavior.Customers are responsible for any damage caused to the vehicle during service.Payment is due as agreed at the time of booking unless other arrangements have been made.The Safe Ride reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

Cancellation Policy
Reservations canceled at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur a cancellation fee.Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup may be subject to a cancellation charge.No-shows may be charged the full reservation amount.If The Safe Ride must cancel a reservation due to unforeseen circumstances, any prepaid amount will be refunded in full.

Airport Pickup
PolicyPlease provide your airline, flight number, and arrival time when making your reservation.We monitor incoming flights to adjust for delays when possible.Complimentary wait time begins after the flight has landed:Domestic flights: up to 30 minutesInternational flights: up to 60 minutesAdditional waiting time may be subject to additional charges.
